Responsibilities of the salesperson
As a salesperson and first person in charge of commercial operations with professional clients, you will have the following responsibilities:
Commercials

Establish relationships with customers who are already operating and create new business opportunities that allow them to reduce their company's shipping costs.
Accompany these clients in making decisions from the presentation of the proposals, following up until the closing of the subscription transaction.
Administrative responsibilities of the salesperson
Create and prepare the different files and files of acquired clients and organize existing ones.
Manage and grow business relationships from start to finish by improving the experience for both new and returning users. This includes carrying out regular business reviews and adopting a consultative, advisory and sales approach to optimize costs in favor of the client.
Build relationships of trust with companies and entrepreneurs through careful customer service.

Minimum experience of 3 years proven as a service salesperson, account manager, supervisor and any other e-commerce parcel transportation for companies (online stores, SMEs, self-employed, pharmacies, etc. .).
Minimum of 3 years proven experience as head of a commercial or commercial department in a courier and parcel services company, preferably in one of the large companies in the sector.
Solid negotiation, communication (written and oral) and correct diction skills.

The salary
Basic salary of 23,000 - 24,000 EUR gross per year.
